Quality Management System (QMS) in Tourism Faculty

The process of obtaining the Quality Management System certificate in our faculty started at the end of 2009 and was completed at the end of 2010. As a result of the external audit conducted by T.S.E. on January 06-07, 2011, our Faculty received TSE EN ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate. In 2017, our certificates were renewed as a result of the external audit. The Quality Management System, which has been implemented to provide better service to our students and employees, covers the following activities:

Student Services,
Education and Training Services,
Alumni Services,
Financial Services,
Management Services,
Support Services.

We expect the constructive criticism and contributions of our students in this operation of our Faculty, which always strives to achieve better.
